Jennifer Rene Psaki

Jennifer Rene Psaki was an American political adviser who was the 34th White House press Secretary between 2021 to 2022. A member of Democratic Party, Psaki was previously the White House deputy secretary (2009), White House deputy communication director (2009-2011), spokesperson for United States Department of State 2013-2015 and White House communications Director (2015-2017). Psaki was a contributor to the election to CNN between 2017-2020. Psaki started her career in the 2001 re-election campaigns Iowa of Tom Harkin and Tom Vilsack, both Democrats for the U.S. Senate. Psaki was later appointed as the deputy press secretary of John Kerry's 2004 presidential race. Psaki worked as the communications director to Joseph Crowley in the U.S. and also as the regional press secretary of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. In 2012, Psaki returned to political communications, serving as press secretary to Obama's reelection campaign for 2012. In the year 2000, Psaki was named the spokesperson of the United States Department of State. [20] There was speculation that Psaki would replace Jay Carney, White House Press Secretary, in the Department of State.[21] But Josh Earnest replaced Carney on May 30, 2014. In 2015, she was recalled to the White House as communications director and remained until the close of the Obama administration
